In order to expedite your claim, please complete the Service Request Form, attach the required documents & fax 281-357-1537 Attention: “Warranty Department”. You can email them if you have a way to scan all your documents as PDF files. Emails must go to Lauren@alliedcustomhomes.com.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS AN UP FRONT $95.00 SERVICE FEE FOR ALL SERVICE REQUESTS THAT ARE OVER 90 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PROJECT COMPLETION DATE.
We will start processing your Service Request in the order in which it was received. We must have all documents requested on the Service Request form before we can submit your warranty request. Please note that any manufacturing replacements/repairs may take longer and are not under our control.
If it’s determined to be under warranty, Allied Siding & Windows (and/or the manufacturer) will cover all additional costs. If it’s determined to NOT be under warranty, the $95.00 Service Fee can be deducted from any proposed repair and labor costs.
